Leadership
David Schultz
Founder & Managing Principal
With over 35 years of experience in land development and multifamily housing, David has guided the entitlement and infrastructure process for thousands of residential lots across multiple states. His expertise spans acquisition, zoning, site planning, and partnerships with top-tier homebuilders.
Prior to Potomac Housing, David served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at one of the nation's largest nonprofit housing developers. In his role there, David helped lead development efforts into new geographic markets, partnerships with major housing authorities, and more complex developments. David also led the rebuilding of the organization's construction division.
David also served as the managing director of Triad Companies in Florida, where he guided the development of more than 1,700 residential apartments and multiple commercial projects. He has also served as Senior Project Manager for the Cornerstone Group in Coral Gables, Florida, supervising the development of 1,200 residential units throughout the state.
David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
